4. Explain formatting slides, slide transition, and animation in PowerPoint. (5)
5. What is normalization in databases? Why is normalization required? Explain 1NF and 2NF with examples. (1+1+3=5)
6. Suppose you need to prepare a report in Microsoft Word. How would you create headings and sub headings for sections? How do you put captions under figures? Also, explain how to insert a list of figures. How would you prepare the table of contents after the front matter (e.g., table of contents, list of figures, etc)? Write (10)
7. Explain the difference between relative, absolute, and mixed cell references in Excel formulas. Provide an example of when each type of reference would be used in a practical scenario. Also, explain the process of creating a Pivot Table. (5+3+2=10)
